Today we will talk about creation a blog on Blogger platform. You do not need to purchase domain or hosting, therefore you save your money.
So, what we need.
1. In order to create a blog, you need to go to the Blogger official website, blogger.com

So, what we need.
1. In order to create a blog, you need to go to the Blogger official website, blogger.com
You will see such form.
Then you should either create new account or use your existing account entering your email and password. After accessing to your account you will have possibility to synchronize your Blogger account with Google+. You can skip this step. This is not necessary. Just choose 'Create a limited Blogger account' (OR 'Create a Google+ profile') and click Continue to Blogger.
After clicking on 'Continue to Blogger', you will be directed to the main page of Blogger.
Then click on 'New Blog'
Then you need to write your Title and domain name (address). Choose desirable template and click on 'Create blog!'
PS: You can change your template later anytime. Please be also informed that your domain name will looks like yourdomainname.BLOGSPOT.COM (third-level domain). If you would like, you can purchase second-level domain (domainname.com) and join to your blog.
Done! Your blog is ready!
You can view your blog or start posting.
Let's click on 'Start blogging'.
To the 'Post' you need to write the name of your post, ex: My first post
Below to the form you need to write some information, ex: Here we will write some content...
Then we publish our post clicking on 'Publish' button.
Done. Your post is published.
Then you can see that your post was added.
In the sidebar we have a few important sections:
- pages
- layout
- template
- settings
Pages. Blogger give us possibility to create static pages too.
In order to create static page, just click on 'Pages'.
Then click on 'New page'.
After adding information, click on 'Publish'
Done. Your page is added.
In order to link your page you need to open Layout section, click on 'Add a Gadget' and select 'Pages' widget.
Layout. There you can make some layout changes.
Template. Here is a little more.
Clicking on 'Customize' you will have possibility to make some template changes, like changing background, width, fonts and etc
After making changes, click on 'Back to Blogger'.
Then, you can make some changes in HTML / CSS code. In order to edit code, you need to know HTML and CSS at least the basics.
Mobile. There you can set mobile or regular blog version by default.
Clicking on 'Backup / Restore' you have possibility to make full backup of your blog. This is needed in order to save a copy of template.
You can also upload a new template from your hard drive.
Settings. On the screens you can see some basic sections of settings. I think everything is clear there.
